You can work with me in three ways –
each with its own entry point, attuned to a different moment in your process.
What they share is the same foundation: slowing down, embodiment, and coming home to yourself.

Three forms. One holding space.
Coaching, Brainspotting, or a retreat – different forms of the same essence: a space where you are invited to slow down, let go, and reconnect with what feels true.
Sometimes it begins with words and reflection. Sometimes silence is exactly what is needed. At times life calls for stillness, at other times for direction. Whichever entry point you choose, it starts with sensing what fits you now.
Moving with what life asks
In my work, I move with what presents itself. Not linearly, but rhythmically. Not from willpower, but from attunement.
The work unfolds in the middle, between doing and being, between insight and feeling, between setting boundaries and opening. There, you experience how everything is interconnected – and how your own movement is part of a larger whole.
From this lived experience, the lemniscate also takes on meaning: an ancient symbol that touches the essence of how I live and work.
Infinite energy of life
For me, the lemniscate symbolizes the endless flow of interdependent, unfolding life. It stands for renewal, balance, harmony, and connectedness.
Strength, unity & balance
In the realm of symbolism, it is also a sign of ultimate strength and connection with the eternal. It represents the unity of all things, and the equality of opposites – yin and yang, inner and outer, giving and receiving.
